Consultations and bookings

The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. Project scope, timing and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as you can and we will find a new time.

Your belongings, your decisions

Every keep, donate, sell or let-go decision belongs to you. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so. Items you release for donation are delivered to charity drop-offs and cannot be retrieved afterward, so decide at your own pace.

Products

We recommend organizing products only where they genuinely help, and you approve any purchase before it happens. Product costs are yours and separate from our service fee. Links to our Amazon list are provided for convenience; purchases there are between you and Amazon.

Photos

We photograph our work for quality records. Nothing appears publicly, on this site or social media, without your permission, and never with identifying details.

Care of your home

We treat your home and belongings with care. If something is fragile, sentimental, or off-limits, tell us and it will be handled exactly as you direct, or not at all.
