Tower living, done properly
In Metrotown, Brentwood and Lougheed towers, the suite is efficient and the storage is honest about its limits: one bedroom closet, one entry closet, maybe a locker three floors down. The locker is where systems go to die, so we treat it as a labelled archive with an inventory, not a dumping ground, and we build the daily systems inside the suite where you actually live.
Family homes and multigenerational households
The Heights, Capitol Hill and South Slope hold Burnaby's other story: family houses where parents, kids and grandparents share one roof, and where the basement carries everyone's past. Multigenerational organizing is delicate work; different generations part with things at different speeds, and respect matters more than efficiency. We sort with each person, never around them, and the decluttering proceeds at the pace of the slowest yes.
Between the two
Townhomes off Edmonds and around Deer Lake get the tandem-garage treatment: half parking, half everything else. And because Burnaby sits next door to Vancouver, scheduling is simple; sessions run morning or afternoon with same-day donation drop-offs whenever possible.
