What we collect

When you use the booking or contact form on themoop.ca, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the services and spaces you describe, and your message. That is the only personal information this site collects on purpose.

How it is used

Form submissions are delivered to us by email so we can reply to your enquiry, and a copy is kept so we do not lose your request. We use your details to respond, schedule, and run your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Photos of client homes

Before-and-after photos appear on this site and on our Instagram only with the homeowner's permission, and never with names, addresses, or anything identifying attached.

Analytics and cookies

This site is served through Cloudflare, which provides us aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics (page counts and performance). We do not run advertising trackers, and the site sets no marketing cookies.

Third-party links

Links to Calendly, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and Amazon take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
